| 在全球经济转型和高质量发展背景下，新质生产力的发展以创新为主导，为企业可持续发展提供动力。基于资源基础理论、熊彼特创新理论以及波特假说，运用2011-2022 年A 股制造业上市公司数据，实证分析新质生产力对企业可持续发展绩效的影响以及绿色创新的中介作用。研究发现，新质生产力提升企业可持续发展绩效，对绿色创新有积极影响；新质生产力能够通过影响绿色创新，推动企业可持续发展。异质性分析表明，在国有企业、重污染企业和东部地区企业中，新质生产力对企业可持续发展绩效的影响更为显著。研究结果有助于拓展新质生产力与企业可持续发展绩效关系的理论体系，为企业如何通过发展新质生产力和绿色创新来促进自身的可持续发展提供了实践指导。 |

| In the context of global economic transformation and high-quality development, the development of newquality productivity, driven by innovation, provides momentum for corporate sustainable development. Based on the resource-based view theory, Schumpeter’s innovation theory, and Porter’s hypothesis, this paper uses data from A-share listed manufacturing companies in China from 2011 to 2022 to explore the relationship between new-quality productivity and corporate sustainable development performance, as well as the mediating role of green innovation. Research has found that new-quality productivity enhances the sustainable development performance of enterprises and has a positive impact on green innovation; new-quality productivity can promote the sustainable development of enterprises by influencing green innovation. Heterogeneity analysis indicates that the impact of new-quality productivity on the sustainable development performance of enterprises is more significant in state-owned enterprises, heavily polluting enterprises, and enterprises in the eastern region. The fi ndings of this study contribute to the theoretical framework linking new-quality productivity and corporate sustainable development performance and provide practical guidance for enterprises on how to promote sustainable development through the development of new-quality productivity and green innovation. |
