在区域创新生态系统中,科技企业孵化器通过资源整合促进技术成果转化,但其对区域创新质量的贡献机制尚未明晰。该研究聚焦于科技孵化器动态资源重构如何驱动区域创新这一问题,基于动态能力理论与区域创新系统理论,提出了孵化器动态资源重构的多维度分析框架,并以2013—2022 年中国省级面板数据为基础,采用固定效应模型、交互效应模型、门槛回归模型、中介效应检验及系统GMM 等计量方法,实证检验了孵化器动态资源重构对区域创新数量与技术市场价值的影响及其内在机制。研究发现,科技孵化器动态资源重构对区域创新数量的促进作用有限,但显著提高了区域创新成果的技术市场价值;资源重构各维度中创新规模维度对区域创新影响最为显著,且规模与资金支持维度存在替代关系;区域研发投入强度显著调节孵化器动态资源重构的效应,在研发投入较低地区,孵化器资源重构的边际效应更高;创新效率在资源重构与技术市场价值之间存在复杂的中介作用。该研究揭示了科技孵化器资源重构对区域创新质量的关键促进机制,为优化孵化器政策及区域创新战略提供了重要依据。 |

In the regional innovation ecosystem, technology business incubators play a crucial role in facilitating the commercialization of technological achievements through resource integration. However, the mechanisms underlying their contribution to regional innovation quality remain unclear. This study focuses on how the dynamic resource reconfiguration of technology business incubators influences regional innovation. Drawing upon dynamic capabilities theory and regional innovation systems theory, a multi-dimensional analytical framework for incubator resource reconfiguration is proposed. Utilizing provincial panel data from China spanning 2013 to 2022, this study empirically examines the impacts and underlying mechanisms of incubators’ dynamic resource reconfiguration on regional innovation quantity and technological market value through fixed-effect models, interaction-effect models, threshold regression, mediation-effect tests, and system GMM estimations. The results indicate that incubators’ dynamic resource reconfiguration has a limited effect on promoting the quantity of regional innovation but significantly enhances the technological market value of innovation outputs. Among the dimensions of resource reconfiguration, the innovation scale dimension has the most pronounced impact, and a substitution relationship is identified between innovation scale and financial support dimensions. Furthermore, regional R&D intensity significantly moderates the effects of incubator resource reconfiguration; notably, the marginal effect of resource reconfiguration is stronger in regions with lower R&D intensity. Additionally, innovation efficiency plays a complex mediating role between resource reconfiguration and technological market value. This study clarifies the critical mechanisms through which incubators’ resource reconfiguration enhances regional innovation quality, providing vital insights for optimizing incubator policies and regional innovation strategies. |
