| 优化劳动力技能结构对提升制造业出口技术复杂度、加快建设贸易强国具有重要意义。基于2013-2022 年A股制造业上市公司的面板数据，运用固定效应模型、中介和调节效应检验等计量方法，探究了劳动力技能结构对制造业出口技术复杂度的影响。研究发现：劳动力技能结构优化显著提升了制造业出口技术复杂度，且对低融资约束、高生产率和邻近港口制造业企业的促进作用更强；机制分析表明劳动力技能结构通过促进技术创新和扩大工业机器人应用规模来提升制造业出口技术复杂度；而知识产权保护在劳动力技能结构和制造业出口技术复杂度之间存在显著正向调节作用。本研究有效阐释了劳动力技能结构对制造业出口技术复杂度的提升机制和影响效应，为实现中国制造业高质量出口提供了前瞻性的政策参考。 |

| Optimizing the labor skill structure is of great significance to improve the export technical complexity of manufacturing industry and accelerate the construction of a trade power. Based on panel data from A-share manufacturing listed companies from 2013 to 2022, this study explores the impact of labor skill structure on the export technology complexity of the manufacturing industry by using the econometric models such as fixed-effect model, mediation and moderating effect tests. The results show that the optimization of labor skill structure significantly improves the export technology complexity of the manufacturing industry, and has a stronger promotion effect on manufacturing enterprises with low financing constraints, high productivity and proximity to ports. Mechanism analysis shows that the labor skill structure can enhance the technological complexity of manufacturing exports by promoting technological innovation and expanding the scale of industrial robot applications. However, intellectual property protection has a significant positive moderating effect on the relationship between the labor skill
structure and the export technical complexity of manufacturing industry. This study effectively explains the mechanism and influence of labor skill structure on the export technology complexity of the manufacturing industry, and provides a forward-looking policy reference for the realization of high-quality exports of China’s manufacturing industry. |
