      文章聚焦于探讨企业ESG 表现如何影响产学研协同创新，以2009-2022 年中国A 股上市公司数据为研究样本，利用面板数据固定效应模型研究企业ESG 表现对产学研协同创新的影响效果及内在传导机制。结果显示：企业ESG表现对产学研协同创新具有显著促进作用；可持续与新兴领域投资、创新资源互补与共享以及技术成果扩散与转化是ESG 表现促进产学研协同创新的重要机制。异质性分析发现，企业ESG 表现对产学研协同创新的促进效应在非国有企业、低融资约束企业以及大型企业的样本中更显著。上述结论为企业提升ESG 表现以促进产学研合作，政府制定相关创新激励政策以及高校科研机构选择合作伙伴等提供了重要参考。
英文摘要:
      This paper focuses on exploring how corporate ESG performance influences Industry-University-Research (IUR) collaborative innovation. Using data from Chinese A-share listed companies from 2009 to 2022 as the research sample, the study employs a panel data fixed-effects model to examine the impact of corporate ESG performance on IUR collaborative innovation and its underlying transmission mechanisms. The results show that corporate ESG performance has a significant promoting effect on IUR collaborative innovation. Important mechanisms through which ESG performance promotes IUR collaborative innovation include investment in sustainable and emerging fields, complementarity and sharing of innovation resources, and technology diffusion and commercialization. Heterogeneity analysis reveals that the promoting effect of corporate ESG performance on IUR collaborative innovation is more significant among non-state-owned enterprises, firms with low financing constraints, and large enterprises. These findings provide valuable insights for firms seeking to improve ESG performance to foster IUR collaboration, for governments designing relevant innovation incentive policies, and for universities and research institutions selecting partners.
