      为探究统一市场准入、金融集聚及其协同效应对产业链创新的影响，基于2009-2023 年中国A 股产业链关联企业数据，运用多期双重差分模型与交互项分析进行实证检验。研究发现，统一市场准入通过降低制度性交易成本、优化要素资源配置、强化网络协同，显著促进产业链创新水平的提升；金融集聚则通过优化资本配置、强化风险管理、传递价值信号等路径，为产业链创新提供持续动力；进一步，制度- 金融协同作用产生超越单一政策效果的乘数效应，有效激发了产业链上下游企业的协同创新活力。鉴于此，应当建立市场准入负面清单动态调整机制、优化金融资源空间配置格局、构建金融与制度协同发展指标体系、培育产业链创新生态系统。研究结论为完善市场准入制度、推进全国统一高标准市场体系建设、优化产业链创新发展的金融支持政策工具提供了学理支撑。
英文摘要:
      To investigate the impact of unifi ed market access, fi nancial agglomeration, and their synergistic effects on industrial chain innovation, this study conducts empirical tests using multi-period diff erence-in-diff erences models and interaction term analysis based on data from China’s A-share industrial chain-related enterprises (2009–2023). The findings show that: unified market access significantly promotes industrial chain innovation by reducing institutional transaction costs, optimizing factor resource allocation, and strengthening network coordination; fi nancial agglomeration provides sustained momentum for industrial chain innovation through optimizing capital allocation, enhancing risk management, and transmitting value signals; further, fi nance-institution synergy generates multiplier effects exceeding individual policy impacts, effectively stimulating collaborative innovation among upstream and downstream enterprises. Accordingly, it is essential to: establish a dynamic adjustment mechanism for the market access negative list, optimize the spatial configuration of financial resources, build a finance-institution synergy indicator system, and cultivate industrial chain innovation ecosystems. These conclusions provide theoretical support for improving market access institutions, advancing a nationally unified high-standard market system, and optimizing financial policy tools for industrial chain innovation development.
