| 通过对17 家新能源汽车企业调研分析,归纳出新能源汽车商业模式创新的五个关键驱动因素(10 个驱动因子),并从fsQCA 组态视角进行模糊集定性比较分析,采用NCA 方法分析是否存在实现高商业模式创新的“卡脖子”因素,并探讨高/ 非高活跃度的商业模式创新路径。研究表明环境不确定性、资源异质性、数字技术能力、营销黏合能力以及组织学习导向各要素均不是商业模式创新的必要条件,也并不构成高/ 非高活跃度的商业模式创新的必要条件。各因素之间的系统性和互补性形成的联动效应,为新能源汽车企业商业模式创新及演化提供了多个选择路径。 |

| Through research and analysis of 17 new energy vehicle companies, fi ve key driving factors (10 driving factors) for business model innovation in new energy vehicles were identifi ed. Fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis was conducted from the perspective of fsQCA configuration, and NCA analysis was used to explore whether there are “bottleneck” factors for achieving high business model innovation, and to analyze high/non high activity business model innovation paths. Research has shown that environmental uncertainty, resource heterogeneity, digital technology capabilities, marketing cohesion, and organizational learning orientation are not necessary conditions for business model innovation, nor do they constitute necessary conditions for high/non high activity business model innovation. The systematic and complementary linkage effects between various factors provide multiple paths for the innovation and evolution of business models for new energy vehicle enterprises. |
